Bachelor of Education

The B.Ed. Programme has been revised from the academic year 2015-16 onwards and is now a two-year, full-time programme all over the country. B.Ed. Admissions are centralized by the Government of Maharashtra. The college is affiliated to the University of Mumbai and follows the curriculum prescribed by University of Mumbai.

Doctor of Philosophy (Education)

The college has a Research Centre and is a centre for Ph.D. in Education of the University of Mumbai. Dr. (Mrs.) Mandeep Kochar and Dr. (Ms.) Lubna Mansuri are recognized guides for Ph.D. (Education). The College follows the guidelines laid down by the University of Mumbai for admission to the Ph.D programme.


Master of Arts (Education)

The Bombay Teachers' Training College is a study centre for the M.A. (Education) course offered by the Institure of Open and Distance Learning, University of Mumbai.


Add-on courses

The college offers a wide-range of courses to its student teachers which are over and above the prescribed curriculum. These add-on courses are need-based and add an extra edge to teacher preparation. Some of the courses are:
